Radical Breeze Highlights May 2012

Bryan Lunduke, the man behind Linux Tycoon has given the Linux community another update on his latest works and news of Radical Breeze's products.

Firstly, Radical Comic Designer 3.0 is now available in public beta for Linux and Windows.

As the name suggests, it is a simple web comic designer. The application layouts your comic to suit your style. It features customizable panels, images, speech bubbles and captions to your own strips and pages. Right now it is only $5. Head over the the webpage for more information. If you are a web comic designer or just want to take on a simple hobby, this application can get you started.

Another piece of software by Radical Breeze, Illumination Software Creator has been updated to version 4.3. Illumination Software Creator is a visual app building tool that allows you to create HTML5, Python, Linux, Windows or Mac OS X applications without dealing with a single piece of code at all. The free version only allows HTML5 and Python based apps, but the "Deluxe Edition" unlocks all features of the software including the Android platform. There is no set price which means you can give any amount you wish to obtain the software. More information can be found here.

Lastly, Two games from Bryan Lunduke, Linux Tycoon and 2299 -- both available for Mac, Windows and Linux -- are now available together in one, glorious, DRM-free bundle.  For only $7.

2299 is also being offered, standalone, at the discounted price of $3 for a limited time via this link

It is great that these software are readily available for all types of platforms and it is a great encouragement for all software developers to create software for all types of platforms. I personally am interested in the Radical Comic Designer program since it may be a good hobby to dive into. Other than that, Linux Tycoon has been keeping me busy for a while now.
