Upgraded Router

After several overheating issues with my old Netgear DGN2000 router, I decided it was time to upgrade. So I popped down to the nearest Disk Smith store and bought the most expensive router I could find in stock. Here it is. the powerful Netgear DGDN3700 router.

It is a wireless dual band gigabit router with DSL modem capabilities. Also, its got a ReadySHARE™ function that allows you to plug in a USB Flash drive or external hard drive into the router and act as a network storage. Also, under the hood, it features a dual-core (400Mhz) processor and 128MB flash and RAM memory. It also has WPS (WiFi protected Setup) and Denial-of-service (DoS) attack prevention. So this router packs a lot of features in one big device. Serious. When I took it out of the package I was surprised at how big this thing was. I think it was around 2x bigger than my old router.

Anyhow, I've got it installed at setup the way I want. Now, I can surf the web without any interruptions and at fast speed! =D
